Kitchen: Granite top with 60 cm ceramic tile over granite top wall side Single bowl sink 22 x 18 x 7
Front doors: Elegant Teakwood polished doors. Other doors:- Elegant Pincoda or equivalent doors for all rooms and P.V.C. doors for bathrooms.
Windows: Pincodaor equivalent wood with grill.
Hardware Fittings: Good quality hard ware fittings
Electrical: Concealed wiring, Havells or equivalent and MCB's standard GM or equivalent Switches.
Plumbing: Star or equivalent
Sanitary: Standard quality fittings of Ceraor equivalent white colour
Taps: Quality made taps
Painting: Painting with plastic emulsion over putty on walls
Water: Natural well water.
