Phoenix is a small gated community comprising of 6 elegant villas and 16 spacious apartments with stunning views of the scenic suburb surrounding the property, all designed in a style that bears many of the discernable influences of Kerala's traditional architecture with the state of the art in amenities. A road leads from the entrance towards the block of apartments bordered on both fringes by rows of villas with sloping roofs, open to the air terraces, paved courtyards and pretty gardens.
