Kitchen: Granite top with 60 cm ceramic tile over granite top wall side Single bowl sink 22"x 18" x 7"
Front doors: Elegant Teakwood polished doors. Other doors:- Elegant Pincoda doors for all rooms and P.V.C. doors for bathrooms.
Windows: Pincoda wood with grill.
Hardware Fittings: Good quality hard ware fittings
Electrical: Concealed wiring, Havells or equivalent and MCB's standard GM Switches.
Plumbing: Star or equivalent
Sanitary: Standard quality fittings of Hindware or equivalent white colour
Taps: Quality made taps
Painting: Painting with plastic emulsion over putty on walls of living area & primer finish on other rooms.
Water: Natural well water.
