Structure: Rubble masonry for foundation and country burnt brick work for super structure with R.C.C. slabs Flooring: Branded vitrified tiles for rooms . Anti skid tile for bathroom and Ceramic tile dado to a height of 7' on wall of bath rooms.
Kitchen: Granite top with 60 cm ceramic tile over granite top wall side Single bowl sink 22" x 18" x 7".
Hand wood Frame and Paneled shutters for the doors.
Windows: Hard wood with grill.
Hardware Fittings: Good quality fittings.
Electrical: Concealed wiring, Havells or equivalent and MCB's standard GM Switches.
Plumbing: Star or equivalent.
Sanitary: Standard quality fittings of Hindware or equivalent white colour.
Taps: Quality made taps.
Painting: Painting with plastic emulsion over putty on walls of living area & primer finish on other rooms .
